3. Order Processing & Right of Refusal
We maintain total discretion over the approval, delay, or cancellation of any purchase submitted to our system. Should a delivered piece differ substantially from its digital representation, your sole recourse is to utilize our official return and resolution process. We advise reading all product specifications closely before completing a purchase.
5. Software Glitches & Pricing Errors
Even with continuous platform monitoring, software bugs or typographical errors impacting retail prices can occasionally occur. Luovoino is under no legal obligation to fulfill a purchase if it was finalized at a demonstrably incorrect cost. In such an event, we will intercept the logistics process, notify you of the discrepancy via email, and issue a complete refund. 6. Inventory Estimates & Delivery Timelines
