1. General Purchase Conditions

Please be advised that all sales are strictly final. Luovoino does not accommodate standard returns for buyer's remorse, nor do we facilitate general product exchanges. The only exceptions to this policy are instances involving formally verified manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors (e.g., receiving the wrong item).

2. Quality Assurance & Damage Claims

We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our artisanal plates, premium drinkware, and versatile serving bowls. If your merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, we are fully committed to rectifying the situation fairly and promptly.

  • Inspection Period: You must inspect your parcel immediately upon arrival. Any claims regarding damages or defects must be submitted to our team within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Filing a Claim: To initiate a formal review, please email support@luovoino.com with the following required details:

    • Your Order Number and the purchasing email address.
    • A clear, detailed explanation of the flaw or error.
    • High-resolution photographic or video evidence explicitly showing the defect, transit damage, or incorrect product.

Our quality control specialists will evaluate your submission on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the nature of the issue, approved resolutions may include a complimentary replacement, a partial reimbursement, or a complete refund.

3. Refund Disbursement

In the event that a partial or full refund is the authorized remedy for your claim, the credited amount will be reversed directly to your original method of payment. Please allow a standard processing window of 7 to 12 business days for the transaction to clear and appear on your statement. Note that the exact timeframe is ultimately dictated by your banking institution or credit card provider.

4. Product Exchanges

As outlined in our general conditions, we do not offer elective exchanges. Item replacements are strictly reserved for merchandise that arrives compromised or defective, provided that a formal claim has been submitted and approved by our staff.

5. Unsanctioned Returns

Under no circumstances should merchandise be shipped back to our facilities without explicit, prior authorization from our support department. You must complete the formal claim process outlined above before attempting any return.

Any parcels sent back to our warehouses without prior written consent will be categorically rejected. Furthermore, Luovoino cannot provide refunds, replacements, or any form of compensation for unauthorized returns.
